Biography
Peniel is a Finance and Operations leader with over 10 years of experience across private equity, consulting, and multinational firms. He has a strong track record of driving operational efficiency, leading cross-functional and multicultural teams, and delivering financial and strategic initiatives that materially improve business performance.
At MNP Capital, Siisi oversees Investments and Operations strategy. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and an MBA in Finance from Université Ibn Tofail, Morocco, and is a Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) and member of the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
Previously, Siisi served in Financial Operations Management at Jumia Ghana, as Senior Associate (Projects) at Dwennimen Group of Companies, and as FP&A Manager at Godrej Ghana.
